My new Nike baby

As mentioned in the previous post, I am replacing my precious high school Nike with a brand new Air Max 2011 Women's Running Shoes. And now

I AM OVER THE MOON

I am always and will forever be irrevocably in love with Nike as I much do with food! I love the colour, the engineer, the design, the additional details, the technology and possibly everything. I took the effort to make a thorough survey through various brands tho and that includes Macbeth. That pair on it's homepage Vegan product cover is smocking. But since Macbeth had been Azah’s trademark I think it would be disrespectful to you know, have one of my own. Still, I love Nike best on top of everything J And OH! Auni has good taste too I love her Camel’s purple especially!

I am still reconsidering all the pros and cons since its upper holes is still in need of additional reinforcement but overall it’s talking baby!

Every cloud has its silver lining

Alhamdulillah so far things are coming my way pretty smoothly these days. There are education opportunities, new pair of sneakers (my old ones are a bit too old and wear out already) besides succeeding in getting used to operate our house kitchen. My laptop has breathed again so to speak since we did get our wifi password recently.

Things are quite handy until I discovered that I might be suffering from Alzheimer. There is a chance a slim one, for this may not be true since so far my bloodline is clean from anything quite like it. Alzheimer is a general term for memory loss and other intellectual disabilities.  As this is not yet being pharmaceutically confirmed by my doctors but the symptoms are too great to be dismissed.

I tend to forget names more often and I hardly can recall things. I often forget simple words like toothbrush for example, and instead ask for “the thing for my mouth.” Major sign: Change in mood or behavior. I show rapid mood swings—from calm to tears to anger—for no apparent reason. I forget things which I routinely place like I place my keys for one second, I switch on the tv, the next second I knew there and then I’m losing it out of my sight for good. I double duplicated my keys and all I am left with now is the last remaining survivor.

I am not getting a check up soon but hopefully everything goes well. Love yourself and take care, rnd.rss

Holidays June 2011

Salam everyone and hello peeps and poops sekalian:) 

Alhamdulillah after terlangsai sudah my oppression due to final results, we will finally settle on and flip our page to my Cameron highlands story for good. Yeay!

Numero Uno: Decision’s made

So it was bapak who volunteered to do all researches and bookings whilst me and mama did all the dreaming. Hee. And Mr.GPS was expertly handled by yaya immediately as she set foot home. Here goes my tips and tricks:

If you are the long journey party pooper I strongly recommend you to reconsider your stay @Strawberry Park Resort. True, it was said to be Cameron's finest dwelling, UNTIL, came Planters Hotel, Tanah Rata. Planters is the latest hotel in town and I bet its strategic location will instantly wins everyone’s heart in these few upcoming years. Unlike any others, Planters is winding roads-free and its lot is walking distance to many halal restaurants. Simply put, it is the heart of the city. SO, forget any other hotel/resort/homestay and GO FOR PLANTERS.

Chapter 2: 1^st day

During our 1^st day stay, we had lunch @nasi kandar which was only a few doors away. Serious, tempat2 coolio semua dekat gila dgn our hotel, brilliant bapak! It has the nicest teh tarik(well namapun Cameron’s teh kan) and after change, we rented a local cab for an hour to show our way around Brinchang. This is to prep bapak and get him familiar with the road for the next two days. After syok jalan2 around Big Red Strawberry Farm w/uncle driver, all the 4 of us had a good time at Starbucks and walk our way home to Planters. And btw, if you were to stay at Planters with a family of four, you might like to book its family room of #208 and #209. Bilik ni best since it's isolated a bit siap ada a rabbit hole sized-private lobby macam tu so it gives bapak -mama and me-yaya our own private space.

Chapter 3: Brinchang 2^nd day

Must-see places:

Kea Farm (tempat ni banyak vendors murah2 and I got my own version my nora elena’s bouquets here)

Cactus Station

Bharat or Boh Tea (Plantation, café and souveniour shop)

Glory Steamboat House @De La Ferns Hotel

Nyonya Restaurant @Tanah Rata

Rose Center (you can get a bundle of roses at a fraction of cost here- but we skipped this)

A bit of help:

Red roses- love, respect

Deep pink-gratitude

Light pink- admiration, sympathy

White- reverence humility

Yellow- Joy, gladness

Orange- enthusiasm, desire

But you might want to stick to orange, medium red, medium/ dark yellow or medium/ dark pink for they dry well and retain bright colour. J Hope it helps! Genius I know :P

And so after habis lawat all these good places, you can happily call it a day. But be sure to naik Brinchang at very early in the morning or else you will be stuck in traffic for hours. Just so you know, we shoot at 8.00am and sympathetically watched pple struggling their way up at 11.00, when kita dah lepas dah enjoy all the view up there tanpa susah payah because kita pergi awal pagi. Strawberry kita pun kita petik yang 1st batch punya jadi kita dapat paling besar and paling merah. 

Last Chapter: Our last day at Cameron L

 So since semalam dah puas jalan2, hari ni kita relax lah sikit. Our last breakfast di hotel and manager dia very sweetly datang just to entertain us. So we all had breakfast together but it went a bit draggy as bapak and he had a good long talk about Lynas project and many other adult stuffs. Dah siap semua benda kita pun balik tapi mama still nak singgah kedai2 along our way downhill to lengkapkan her shoppg list. Final touch: We had our very last stop @Bharat plantations me had earl grey with lemon tea :)

Final results and self expectations

Salam everyone. Hello readers. Pressure sikit lah lately especially after dapat results. I literally have no one to turn to except to my few somebody’s I feel comfortable being with.

1^st few days tu I felt so numb and taken aback with the news I didn’t even have the heart to update most pple with it. The closest three who 1^st I spilled the bean with were my bapak because he’s home, mom because she’s mom and fatin nabilah jailani because no one in the world can top her bitchiness ( Her grades were pretty as always). She’s just my true Suze in shopaholic. And there were also adol and zatie(my serena), who texted me as soon as they got the news J. My forever sweethearts/heartthrobs.

OH Gentle reminder by Izzati Aziz ‘Be careful who you open up to. Only a few people actually care, the rest are just curious.’ Thank you love ! So soo true.

A couple of days later which was yesterday, baby alia texted me to update me with her beautiful results. I’m not a big fan of texts/msgs and didn’t have the wits to wait so we ended up on the phone. HAH better! So alia memang ada cable seantero dunia jadi bertali aruslah results orang lain TERshare sekali.

Ada good news and bad news. The good news is I sangka ramai my colleagues lain result cantik 3.8 above because kita budak design were the crème de la crème from 1^st sem, tapi Alhamdulillah-gila jahat kan- semua average juga. Feuh lega. Tapi bad newsnya, boleh pulak favourite studs yang I target archie mostly results marvellous seperti abg joy kita, mai, amal, wahab. Semua ni musuh2 tradisi yang kita tak boleh pandang sebelah mata punya. Tapi sebagai kawan, kena juga happy for them walaupun lump in the throat keep growing tak siapa tau. Healthy competition.. Sokay.

Next, apabila semakin hari saya semakin sure minat lebih kepada archie dan bukan fine art masa tu lah peluang tu semakin slim. 

Kalau ikut grading I think I have quite a comfortable seat, no stool. But the thing is Miss Anum plays a great deal in determining our place in degree whether we like it or not. So I hope hope HOPE she  she will hand pick me into this line. Gosh fingers crossed so hard. And I told mama about this and she said insyaAllah kalau ada rezeki, adalah, kita kena doa kuat2. My reply was ‘ HM kena solatlah lepas ni!’ Dia gelak tak ingat dunia punya lepas tu. Seriously, I nak jadi seorang hamba yang taat pada Tuhan nya and I feel really bad buat lawak macam tu after fikir balik.

Untuk menambah lagi stress and agony, bapak lately keep offering me a brand new notebook to ease my undertakings. I don’t think I want one but he reassured me that I might need it esp. IF I got into archie later on. I know he has a high hope on this one tho he will never tell.  God I would never ever want to disappoint him, especially him. It’s just that I love to impress my dad with everything, you know the urge is not that strong if it was to be my mum. Besides, my dad orangnya jenis if dia nak bagi something untuk anak-anak, dia bagi the best punya unlike my mum dia jenis tak pamper kita dengan perfections dia suka bagi yang perlu2 je. Tapi food mama always bekalkan heaven2 punya.  Ingat lagi I got my 1^st dslr masa form 3, masa tu  tak tau pun betapa stylo nya benda tu so pass to my brother.

Along ni bapak spoilt dia dengan money instead of gadgets. Me, gadgets instead of money sebab I tak pandai spend duit. My baby sister dapat dua2 BIG CISS tapi I fahamlah esp. when she’s the only kiddo at home. Tapi along kira mewah jugak dia standard 6 jinak2 dengan guitar, by form 5 dah ada drum. Pergi US lagi lah loaded with music stuffs. 

Bapak pula dia memang tak lokek dengan anak2 terutama masa business maju tak ingat dulu. T shirts kami adik beradik shop tempat branded je, our shoes memang ikut trend. And along being the first boy bapak experiment dia dengan jeans, flights, abroad vacs. He even naik cruise at six. Oh no cruise was with mama. Tapi masa tu kita naïve, mana tau baju harga berapa semua pun cantik kan. So bila dah besar, bapak n mama slowly cerita time dulu2 kita pun jadi bersyukur sangat sangat. And Alhamdulillah kita tak besar jadi brand-blinded sebab bapak garang kita takut mintak duit. HAHA

Harap2 dapat lah masuk archie and dapat happykan both bapak and mama.

TAJUK PENDING

Salam everyone and hello there peeps and poops sekalian. So kali ni post manglish supaya dekat di hati and I tak tulis tajuk tu dulu, because I decided to first write whatever I’m writing right now and let the body choose its title itself .

Ingat post kali ni nak letak gambar holidays semua tapi currently rumah baru tukar  wifi network ,so automatically lah password dia tukar sekali kan. Lepas tu dah tau tak tau password punyalah malas nak call tanya apa password baru tu so terpaksalah my laptop yang sorang je tak terregister sekali masa pertukaran network, terkubur begitu saja. Gambar2 dalam my laptop. Rabak tak rabak my family ni, semua orang pun dah lupa password baru kitorang apa. Habis kalau cousins ke datang rumah nak guna internet macam mana nak connect kan? Ntah biarlah family ni semua orang pun laloq kecuali of course lah mama yang menang the best mum tu kan tapi dia pulak jenis tak cara wifi2 ni. So hmmph takda pa lah memang tak kan sentuh dah lah laptop I yang terpitches dari sebarang sambungan civilization tu. Biaq pi dia ketegaq sangat.

Actually kan post before2 ni pun nak tulis malay tapi sebabnya I tak suka tulis malay bila guna computer is dia keluar line2 merah bawah each word masa I type.

ANNOYING GILA okay.

 I dah lah senang get irritated dengan imperfection so ada pulak benda alah ni lagilah lah alah kan. Tapi seriously. I memang suka gila bahasa melayu sebab 1st thing kita melayu jati mesti lagi serasi dengan bahasa ni. Perasaan beza English dengan melayu ni ibarat kalau pergi i.e:holidays mesti kita impress gila dengan segala galanya kan, tapi bila part tidur malam tu mesti nak katil sendiri jugak. So that’s what imma talking about man! Dia macam keperluan vs.  kehendak lah.

Anyways, masa I guna perkataan pitches tu u olz tau tak maksud dia? So buat2 lah u olz tak tau kan because I nak explain jugak benda ni,  HA maksud dia macam terpencil alaa macam melukut tepi gantang macam tu. Ye ke? Tapi dia kira macam dia sorang je tak tau semua benda, tak di inform semua benda haa. Cheh I explain panjang2 ni ntah ada je dalam oxford kan. I mean ada dalam dict. I pun tak tau English ke apa tapi yang pasti kita semua guna masa @KYS dulu.
